Human in the loop

AI does the heavy lifting, a person reviews and signs off. You decide where the line is for what AI is allowed to send on its own.

We do not promise to automate everything. We deliver one workflow that visibly saves time, then build from there.

Honest answers

Which workflows make sense to start with?
The ones with high volume, low variance and clear inputs: invoice handling, customer email triage, internal documentation lookups, draft content. We look at this together in week one.
Do we need to change our systems?
No. We connect to what you already use: Office 365, Google Workspace, your accounting system, your CRM. AI sits alongside, it does not replace your tools.
Who owns the automation when we are done?
You do. The configuration, prompts and any custom code are documented and handed over. If you leave, the automation comes with you.
What about privacy and GDPR?
Personal data is processed within the EU. We sign a data processing agreement and we do not allow your data to train external models. NIS2-grade logging is available on the Skala level and above.
What if it does not save time?
We measure it openly. If the pilot does not deliver, we adjust or stop. You are not locked in past the four-week pilot.
